PakSlot Terms and Conditions – Complete User Agreement for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the PakSlot platform – including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, games, live casino tables, sports betting, bonus programmes and support services – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a PakSlot account or use the platform in any capacity. PakSlot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

2Eligibility to Use PakSlot

To register a PakSlot account and participate in any real money gaming activity, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakSlot does not accept registrations from persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations by corporations, partnerships or other legal entities are not permitted.
• You must not be excluded, barred or restricted from online gaming by any self-exclusion programme, court order or applicable regulation.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

• PakSlot reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

PakSlot actively uses age verification processes and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder may be under 18. Any winnings accumulated during a period of age ineligibility will be forfeited.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain one PakSlot account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, a different name, or a different payment method, is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PakSlot login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time PINs with any third party. PakSlot will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication if offered within your account settings.
• Log out of your PakSlot account after each session on shared or public devices.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

PakSlot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 4Deposits and Payment Methods

PakSlot accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount per transaction is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your PakSlot account in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the deposited amount returned to the source account. PakSlot charges no fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside PakSlot's control.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at PakSlot are processed to your registered payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are subject to your account having completed the required KYC verification process. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set out below.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are typically processed within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. This is a fraud prevention measure.

PakSlot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. During security review, a withdrawal may be held for up to 72 hours. Players will be notified by email if additional documentation is required during this review period.

6Bonuses and Promotional Offers

PakSlot offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In all cases of conflict between general and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms take precedence.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New PakSlot players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus. The exact percentage, maximum amount and wagering requirements of the welcome bonus are displayed on the registration or promotions page at the time of your first deposit. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempts to claim bonuses across multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account closure.
• PakSlot reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to any statutory obligations.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to arbitrage betting, using bonus funds on excluded games, or coordinated wagering patterns – will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Cash deposited into your account is used before bonus funds. Bonus funds are used before any free bet or free spin credits.

6.3 Refer a Friend

PakSlot operates a refer-a-friend programme with specific terms set out on the Refer a Friend page. Referral bonuses are only awarded when the referred player creates a valid PakSlot account, makes a qualifying first deposit and meets any stated activity requirements.

7Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available at PakSlot – including live casino tables, slots, RNG card games, sports betting and Ludo – are governed by the specific rules of each individual game. These rules are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant section pages of the PakSlot website. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing bets.

7.1 Certified Fair Gaming

All PakSlot digital games use an independently audited and certified random number generator (RNG). Live casino games use physical dealing equipment operated by professional dealers. PakSlot does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes in any way. The published house edge figures for each game reflect the genuine mathematical advantage and are not altered.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or connectivity failure during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and all stakes returned to the relevant players. 9Prohibited Uses and Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on PakSlot. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or PakSlot employees to influence game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false identification information or impersonating another person during any verification process.
• Using VPN, proxy services or other tools to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing any applicable restriction.

10Privacy and Data Protection

By creating a PakSlot account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document. 11Intellectual Property

12Limitation of Liability

PakSlot's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. PakSlot does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

13Amendments to These Terms

PakSlot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, PakSlot will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the updated Terms take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, updated Terms may be published without prior notice.

The version of the Terms that applies to any particular interaction is the version in effect at the time of that interaction. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and cease using PakSlot before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms.
